Job Description

  1. The Jewellery QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that every jewellery piece meets the company’s quality standards before dispatch. The role includes:

  • Inspecting jewellery at different production stages

  • Checking stone quality, size, weight, and matching as per design/order sheet

  • Verifying finishing, setting, and polish of jewellery

  • Identifying defects, damages, or mismatches and reporting for correction

  • Coordinating with production departments to maintain accuracy and minimize rejections

Required skills

Ability to check stone sizes/ weights and matching accuracy Ability to identify and report errors quickly Basic record-keeping & documentation of QC reports Familiarity with production stages (casting / setting / polishing / plating etc.) Good communication skills to coordinate with production team Keen eye for detail and finishing defects Strong knowledge of diamond & gold jewellery quality standards Time management to handle bulk order inspections
