Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for leading the entire jewellery manufacturing operations – from design execution to final QC. This role ensures smooth workflow, quality output, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while managing teams across CAD, Casting, Setting, Polishing, and QC departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end jewellery production process (design to dispatch).

Plan daily/weekly/monthly production targets and ensure timely delivery.

Supervise and coordinate with CAD, CAM, Casting, Setting, Polishing & QC departments.

Implement production strategies for efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Maintain inventory of raw materials, diamonds, and consumables.

Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively.

Ensure strict quality standards and minimize rejections.

Resolve technical issues and support team with process improvements.

Report production status and MIS updates to management.

Train and motivate production staff for performance improvement.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in diamond/gold jewellery manufacturing.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

In-depth knowledge of CAD, Casting, Setting, Polishing & QC.
-
Ability to handle large-scale workforce and manage deadlines.

Excellent communication and team management abilities.
