Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager with experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry to assist in managing daily production activities, coordinating with teams, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and monitoring day-to-day jewellery production activities.
- Coordinate with different production departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within deadlines.
- Track work status and follow up with respective teams.
- Assist in allocating work and coordinating with production staff.
- Identify production-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure proper flow of materials and jobs throughout the production process.
- Maintain production records and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams regarding production updates.
- Ensure production processes are followed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of jewellery production workflow and processes.
- Good team coordination and management skills.
- Ability to monitor production and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP software preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
