Job Description

📋 Job Responsibilities:
• Enter and update orders in ERP/software
• Coordinate with production and related departments for order status
• Handle inward entries of diamonds, gold, and finished jewellery stock
• Verify stock received and update records in system
• Maintain order/inward tracking sheets and daily status reports
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery
