Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented EMR Software Operator to manage and maintain records within our Sample Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, tracking sample development activities, generating reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update sample jewellery data in the EMR system.
  • Maintain product master records, design codes, and sample details.
  • Track sample development status and update records regularly.
  • Coordinate with Design, CAD, Production, and Merchandising teams.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain inventory and sample stock records.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
  • Assist in documentation and record management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in EMR/ERP software operation, preferably in the jewellery manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 per month
