Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Colour Stone Department Head for overseeing the complete lifecycle of gemstones used in jewellery production, including procurement, sorting, grading, bagging, issuance, and inventory management. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of gemstones, and the ability to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely coordination with design and production teams.

Accuracy in details Coordination with design & production teams ERP/software proficiency Expertise in gemstone grading & sorting Knowledge of various coloured stones (type and cut and quality) Quality control & matching accuracy Strong inventory & stock management Team leadership & training Vendor & procurement knowledge
