1. 📌 Registration & Eligibility

  • Candidates must provide accurate, authentic, and complete information during registration.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
  • ZewelStaff reserves the right to verify or suspend any candidate account at its discretion.

2. 📌 Job Application & Professionalism

  • ZewelStaff shares job opportunities, but the final selection is made solely by the employer.
  • Applying for a job does not guarantee employment.
  • Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism during interviews and attend them as scheduled.
  • Failure to join after formally accepting an offer may result in being blacklisted from the platform.

3. 📌 Confidentiality & Data Usage

  • Your information (resume, contact details) will be shared with potential employers strictly for recruitment purposes.
  • Your data will not be sold or misused for any other purpose.
  • ZewelStaff is committed to protecting your privacy.

4. 📌 Candidate Responsibilities

  • You must carefully review job profiles, company details, and employer terms before accepting any offer.
  • Providing false documents or misleading information (e.g., fake experience) will lead to immediate blacklisting.
  • You are responsible for your conduct and performance post-placement.

5. 📌 Fees & Charges (For Candidates)

  • Registration, profile creation, and job applications for candidates are completely FREE.
  • ZewelStaff does not charge any placement fees from candidates at any stage.

6. 📌 Limitation of Liability (For Candidates)

  • ZewelStaff acts only as a connecting platform between employers and candidates.
  • ZewelStaff is not responsible for employer decisions regarding job offers, salaries, working conditions, job retention, or any disputes.
  • ZewelStaff shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your employment.

7. 📌 Account Termination

  • ZewelStaff reserves the right to terminate a candidate’s registration if they violate these terms.
  • Candidates may also request to deactivate their account at any time by contacting us.

8. 📌 Acceptance (Candidates)

By registering on ZewelStaff.com, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

For Employers (Companies)

Applicable To: All companies engaging ZewelStaff for recruitment services.


9. 💰 Recruitment Fees & Payment Terms

  • Basic Terms: Fees are calculated based on the successful placement of a candidate.
  • Standard Fee: The recruitment fee is **60% of the candidate’s Gross Monthly Salary + Applicable Taxes**.
  • Alternate Fee Structure: For certain placements, the fee may be calculated as **5% of the candidate’s Annual CTC** (Cost to Company). This will be mutually agreed upon in a separate service agreement.
  • Invoice Raised: The invoice will be raised **15 days after the candidate’s date of joining**.
  • Payment Period: Payment is due **within 15 days of the invoice date**.

10. ✅ Replacement Guarantee

  • ZewelStaff offers a **90-day free replacement guarantee** for candidates.
  • If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated (for reasons other than company restructuring or policy change) within 90 days of joining, ZewelStaff will provide a replacement candidate free of charge.
Zewelstaff reserves the right to change and amend the terms and conditions policy without any prior notice.
