1. Introduction

Welcome to Zewelstaff. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These Terms govern your use of Zewelstaff for recruitment and placement within the diamond and jewellery industry.


2. Eligibility & Registration

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Employers must provide valid business details.
  • Candidates must submit authentic resumes and qualifications.
  • Zewelstaff reserves the right to verify and approve accounts before granting access.

3. Platform Purpose

Zewelstaff is a talent-matching platform focused on non-worker staff recruitment in the diamond and jewellery sector (e.g., CAD designers, merchandisers, sales executives, accounts, back office). We serve as an intermediary and are not involved in employment contracts or salary negotiations.


4. Candidate Guidelines

  • Submit accurate personal and professional details.
  • Refrain from submitting false documents or misleading experience.
  • Maintain professionalism during interviews and post-placement.
  • Failure to join after accepting an offer may result in blacklisting.

5. Employer Guidelines

  • Share only genuine job openings.
  • Avoid discriminatory or misleading job posts.
  • Do not use candidate data for marketing or third-party use.
  • Hiring must comply with Indian labour laws and wage standards.

6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Zewelstaff does not sell or misuse candidate/employer data.
  • CVs and job postings are shared only within the platform for hiring purposes.
  • Both parties are expected to maintain confidentiality of shared information.

7. Placement Charges & Payment Terms (If applicable)

  • Candidates: Zewelstaff does not charge any registration or placement fee.
  • Employers: Service charges for candidate hiring or database access are communicated in advance. No refund once services are utilized.

8. Verification and Due Diligence

  • Zewelstaff may conduct basic screening of candidates and employers.
  • However, final verification (background check, document validation) is the responsibility of the employer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zewelstaff is not responsible for candidate performance, job retention, salary disputes, or employment termination. The platform provides access and facilitation only.


10. Prohibited Use

  • No use of fake profiles or spam job posts.
  • No direct hiring to bypass Zewelstaff service fees (poaching).
  • Any misuse of the platform may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.

11. Modifications to Terms

Zewelstaff reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of new terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
