Job Description

We are seeking a well-spoken, polished, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our jewellery store team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment while supporting administrative and sales operations. This is a key role in delivering a high-end customer experience in a luxury retail setting.

Basic computer skills – POS systems and MS Office and emails Customer service – professional and courteous and attentive Discretion – handle confidential client and sales info carefully Excellent communication – verbal and written Multitasking – handle calls and clients and admin duties smoothly Presentation – well-groomed and polished appearance Time management – punctual and efficient under pressure
