Job Description
Role Purpose:
To provide daily support in the jewellery retail showroom by assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Assist sales staff by carrying jewellery trays, boxes, and materials as instructed.

Serve water, tea, and refreshments to customers and visitors.

Run basic errands such as delivering/collecting documents, small parcels, or jewellery packets (with proper authorization).

Help in safe handling and shifting of jewellery during opening/closing of the showroom.

Maintain stockroom tidiness and assist in unpacking/arranging materials.

Support staff in any routine operational tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:

Minimum SSC (10th pass) preferred.
-
Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy in handling jewellery items.
-
Well-groomed and polite while interacting with customers.
-
Physically fit and active.
-
Prior experience in jewellery retail or showroom support role preferred.
