# Job Description: MIS Executive
**Position:** MIS Executive
**Experience:** Fresher (0–1 year)
**Salary:** ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
**Location:** Kalbadevi, Mumbai
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
## Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated fresher to join our team as an MIS Executive. The candidate should have advanced Excel knowledge and will be responsible for preparing reports, managing data, and providing accurate MIS support to the team.
## Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Manage and analyze large data sets using MS Excel.
* Create Excel dashboards, reports, and data summaries.
* Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
* Maintain and update databases and records.
* Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
* Identify data discrepancies and maintain data quality.
* Provide data analysis support to management.
## Required Skills:
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
* Good understanding of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office.
## Eligibility:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Freshers with strong Excel skills can apply.
* Candidates with Excel certification will be preferred.
