Job Description
The Jewellery IT professional will manage and maintain IT systems within the jewellery business, including ERP software, network infrastructure, hardware, and software solutions. The role ensures smooth functioning of technology to support production, sales, inventory, and other business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain jewellery business ERP systems and software.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.

Support production, inventory, and sales teams with IT solutions.

Implement new IT tools and technology to improve operational efficiency.

Train staff on relevant software and IT processes.

Monitor IT infrastructure and optimize system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in IT support, network management, or ERP systems.

Knowledge of jewellery industry ERP software is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Detail-oriented and organized.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (for candidates with up to 3–4 years experience)
