Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive/Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels of jewellery items (gold, diamond, gemstones), ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with sales, production, and procurement teams. The role ensures stock accuracy, supports smooth store operations, and minimizes discrepancies and losses.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day jewellery stock operations (inward & outward movement)

  • Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and gemstone inventory

  • Monitor stock levels, issue material to production, and track returns

  • Conduct regular physical stock verification & reconcile with system records

  • Prepare stock reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review

  • Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for smooth inventory flow

  • Implement best practices to minimize stock variance and losses

🔹 Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of jewellery inventory management (gold, diamond, gemstones)

  • Hands-on experience with Gati / Jwellery ERP / equivalent software

  • Good analytical & reporting skills (Excel preferred)

  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping ability

  • Team coordination and responsibility handling skills

🔹 Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years in jewellery inventory or stock management

💼 Salary

  • ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience & expertise)
