Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Pre-Production Head of Department (HOD) oversees the entire pre-production process in a jewellery manufacturing setup, from design finalization to sample development and technical feasibility. The role ensures smooth coordination between design, CAD, CAM, procurement, and production teams to prepare all necessary components and documentation before mass production begins. Strong leadership, planning, and technical expertise are essential.
