Job Description

A Jewellery Gati Software Operator is responsible for handling Gati software (jewellery management ERP) to ensure smooth operations in stock, order tracking, and inventory management. The role demands accuracy, speed, and knowledge of jewellery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Gati software for managing jewellery stock, orders, and dispatch.

  • Enter and update data related to diamonds, gold, and finished jewellery.

  • Track inward & outward stock movements in the system.

  • Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.

  • Generate reports like stock status, order progress, and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain accuracy in product coding, pricing, and inventory records.

  • Assist management with data analysis and MIS reports.

  • Ensure timely updating of system data for real-time monitoring.

Skills & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Gati software or similar jewellery ERP.

  • Knowledge of jewellery industry workflow (order, stock, dispatch, billing).

  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, data entry, report generation).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in records.

  • Good communication & coordination skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in jewellery software operations.
