Job Description
We are looking for responsible and detail – oriented Gati Software Operator to manage diamond stock entries, issue- return processes, and related documentation using Gati Software. the candidate should have experience in diamond stock handling and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Issue and Return Entries in Gati Software Accurately.
- Manage Jangad Issue & Return process with proper documentation.
- Maintain and update Daimond Stock Registers on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with Babu and concerned department for smooth operations.
- Record and verify Gati Diamond Issue-Return Entries.
- Perform Stock Handling, Physical verification, and ensure proper movement of diamond.
- Support in regular inventory audits and reconciliation reports.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Gati software (diamond industry)
- Basic knowledge of diamond stock handling and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry,
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in the diamond or jewellery industry preferred.
