Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online jewellery business. The role involves managing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring accurate product presentation, driving online sales, and delivering a premium digital shopping experience that reflects our brand’s craftsmanship and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the online jewellery store.

  • Update product listings, prices, gold rates, and inventory.

  • Coordinate online orders, payments, and delivery with showroom and logistics teams.

  • Handle customer queries related to products, orders, and certifications.

  • Support online promotions and sales campaigns.

  • Monitor basic sales performance and report updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate or pursuing degree in any discipline.

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales.

  • Interest in jewellery, luxury products, or retail business.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Age Limit

18 to 25 years
