Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining jewellery-related data into software systems such as ERP, inventory, or CRM platforms. This role ensures data integrity for stock, sales, purchases, and certifications, supporting smooth operational workflows and reporting.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

  • Enter and update jewellery stock, designs, and customer details accurately in Gati software

  • Maintain inventory records (purchase, issue, returns, stock adjustments)

  • Verify weight, purity, and stone details for each entry as per company standards

  • Generate reports (stock, sales, movement) from Gati system when required

  • Assist in reconciling system records with physical stock

  • Ensure timely and error-free data entry to support smooth business operations

🔹 Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Gati Jewellery Software

  • Strong typing speed with accuracy in numerical and product details

  • Knowledge of jewellery items (gold, diamond, and gemstones) preferred

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain error-free data

  • Basic MS Excel / reporting knowledge is an advantage

🔹 Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in jewellery industry data entry (Freshers with Gati knowledge can also apply)

💼 Salary

  • ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
