Job Description
👨💼 Position: Data Entry Operator
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 per month
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 Years
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the software.
Record and manage all factory issue and receipt entries.
Enter all sales transactions accurately into the system.
Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on products received from the factory and before dispatch.
Process TDS and TCS entries accurately.
Maintain and update hallmarking charges in the software.
Prepare, maintain, and update customer quotations.
Verify product weight accuracy before processing.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy across all records.
Coordinate with the factory and internal teams for smooth daily operations.
🎯 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry software.
Basic understanding of TDS, TCS, and accounting entries.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Gold Jewellery Manufacturing experience will be preferred.
