Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining jewellery-related data into software systems such as ERP, inventory, or CRM platforms. This role ensures data integrity for stock, sales, purchases, and certifications, supporting smooth operational workflows and reporting.

Required skills

Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently Accurate data entry & typing speed Attention to detail & data accuracy Basic understanding of sales & purchase entries Confidentiality & data security awareness Good organizational skills Inventory & stock data management Knowledge of jewellery product details (weight and purity and SKU) Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems Team collaboration & communication
