Job Description

  1. Engage with customers and provide detailed product information and demonstrations.
  2. Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and build relationships.
  3. Execute sales tours effectively.
  4. Ensure proper handling and organization of stock, and conduct daily stock checks
  5. Communicate with customers about dispatched products and confirm parcel delivery.
  6. Handle incoming calls and messages, providing accurate and satisfactory responses.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized counter and workspace.
  8. Participate in regional shows and manage preparations for these events.
  9. Collect and analyze feedback on product designs, focusing on fast-moving and non-moving products.
