Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR professional with experience in the jewellery industry to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, and HR compliance. The candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a productive workforce aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery manufacturing & office staff (CAD, Merchandising, Production, Sales, Admin, etc.).

  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices.

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

  • Oversee training & development programs for staff.

  • Handle grievance redressal and ensure a positive work culture.

  • Conduct performance evaluation & appraisal cycles.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning & retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.

  • 2–5 years of HR experience (jewellery industry preferred).

  • Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing workflow & staff categories.

  • Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & people management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.

  • Conflict management and employee engagement skills.
