Job Description
We are seeking a proactive HR professional with experience in the jewellery industry to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, and HR compliance. The candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a productive workforce aligned with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery manufacturing & office staff (CAD, Merchandising, Production, Sales, Admin, etc.).

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
-
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices.
-
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
-
Oversee training & development programs for staff.
-
Handle grievance redressal and ensure a positive work culture.
-
Conduct performance evaluation & appraisal cycles.
-
Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with management for manpower planning & retention strategies.
Requirements:
-
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
-
2–5 years of HR experience (jewellery industry preferred).

Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing workflow & staff categories.
-
Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation & people management skills.
