Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Synergic Software Operator with experience in jewellery manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling order entries, tracking production, inventory management, and generating MIS reports through Synergic ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage Synergic jewellery ERP software for daily operations.

Enter, update, and maintain jewellery orders, designs, and job sheets in the system.

Monitor and track workflow across different departments (CAD, Casting, Setting, Polishing, QC, etc.).

Manage raw material inward/outward, stock entries, and issue tracking.

Generate production, stock, and order status reports for management.
-
Coordinate with design, production, and accounts teams for smooth data flow.

Ensure accuracy and timely updates of all data in the system.

Troubleshoot basic software-related issues and escalate if needed.
Requirements:
-
Prior experience working with Synergic ERP software (preferred in jewellery industry).

Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing workflow & department coordination.

Good computer literacy (Excel, MIS reporting).

Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
-
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience (Freshers with Synergic knowledge can also apply).
