Job Description

The Department Head is responsible for managing the entire operations of their assigned jewellery production department (e.g., Casting, Setting, Polishing, QC, CAD).

📋 Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage specific department (Setting, Casting, Polishing, QC, CAD, etc.)
• Assign daily tasks and ensure workflow efficiency
• Monitor team output and maintain delivery timelines
• Ensure high-quality standards with minimum rejections
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

✅ Experience: Minimum 3 years experience

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on skills & experience)
