Job Summary-
The GATI Software Executive will be responsible for handling all day-to-day operations on the GATI jewellery ERP software, ensuring smooth functioning across inventory, sales, purchase, production, and accounting modules. The role requires accuracy, coordination with various departments, and timely reporting for management decisions.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage daily operations of GATI ERP software for jewellery business.
Handle inventory management, stock updates, barcoding, and product entries in the system.
Record and monitor sales, purchase, customer orders, repairs, returns, and job work through the software.
Generate and analyze reports related to stock, sales, orders, production, and accounts.
Ensure accurate data entry and regular reconciliation of inventory with physical stock.
Liaise with the software vendor for updates, troubleshooting, or customization needs.
Maintain data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of GATI jewellery ERP software.
Understanding of jewellery operations – gold, diamond, and gemstone inventory.
Proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office for additional reporting.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce / IT / Jewellery Management or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in handling GATI jewellery ERP software.
Prior experience in jewellery retail/wholesale operations preferred.
