Job Description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Coordinator for managing and coordinating all stages of the jewellery production process—from order placement to final delivery. This role ensures timely production, monitors workflow, communicates with various departments (design, CAD, QC, etc.), and maintains high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Required skills

Basic knowledge of ERP or tracking software Communication and teamwork Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes Material and inventory awareness Problem-solving and attention to detail Production planning and scheduling Quality control understanding Record-keeping and documentation Strong coordination and follow-up skills Time management and multitasking
