Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Officer to manage HR functions within our jewellery business. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and supporting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the unique dynamics of working in a creative and retail-driven industry.

Required skills

Assist with training and development initiatives Coordinate payroll data with the accounts team (if applicable) Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Handle employee relations and conflict resolution and performance management support Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings and screening and interviews and onboarding
