Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of jewelry pieces to clients, retailers, and vendors. This role is critical in ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and tracking of high-value items while maintaining coordination with the production, sales, and logistics teams.

Required skills

Addressing shipment delays and losses or packaging issues quickly. Attention to Detail – Accurate handling of item codes Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP and dispatch tools. Booking and tracking and managing courier/delivery partners. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Handling valuable items with care and following safety protocols. Meeting tight dispatch deadlines. Preparing invoices challans and certification papers. Secure and elegant packing of delicate high-value jewelry. Tracking and updating stock records.
