Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and organised CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle client enquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure timely follow-ups in the diamond and jewellery manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, order status, delivery schedules, and pending requirements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain and regularly update customer databases, order records, and CRM information.
- Coordinate with sales, production, accounts, dispatch, and other internal departments.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
- Track customer commitments, pending orders, and follow-up activities.
- Resolve customer issues in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Prepare customer reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client servicing, or customer coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the diamond or jewellery manufacturing industry will be preferred.
