Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Colour Stone Department Head to lead and manage the selection, procurement, grading, and inventory of colored gemstones for our fine jewellery collections. This role demands a deep understanding of colored stones, market trends, quality standards, and their integration into high-end jewellery designs. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure optimal gemstone usage that meets both aesthetic and commercial objectives

Required skills

Accuracy in details Coordination with design & production teams ERP/software proficiency Expertise in gemstone grading & sorting High integrity & material accountability Knowledge of various coloured stones (type and cut and quality) Strong inventory & stock management Team leadership & training Vendor & procurement knowledge
