Job Description
Factory Security & Facility Supervisor
Location: Byculla, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month (Negotiable)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall factory security, CCTV monitoring and access control.
- Supervise security guards, duty rosters, attendance, breaks and shift handovers.
- Conduct regular and surprise patrols to ensure proper security coverage.
- Control employee, visitor, contractor and vehicle entry/exit.
- Ensure secure movement of gold, jewellery, raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain daily security reports, visitor registers, patrol logs and incident records.
- Identify security risks, report incidents and coordinate with management, HR and production teams.
- Monitor facility discipline and report fire hazards and emergency situations.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial or factory security.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing security guards.
- Experience in jewellery, gold, diamond or other high-value security preferred.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control and incident handling.
- Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, observation, discipline and reporting skills.
- Ex-servicemen with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
