Job Description

Merchandiser

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹1,25,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with clients regarding jewellery orders, designs, and product requirements.

    • Manage order processing, production follow-ups, and delivery schedules.

    • Coordinate with CAD, production, quality control, and dispatch teams.

    • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.

    • Handle client queries, product specifications, pricing, and documentation.

    • Maintain order records and provide regular updates to clients.

    • Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the jewellery industry.

    • Strong knowledge of jewellery products and manufacturing processes.

    • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

    • Good knowledge of MS Excel and order management.

    • Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Salary: Up to ₹1.5 Lakh per month, based on experience.
