Job Description

Dispatch Follow-up Executive

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing28000
Department: Dispatch
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹28,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle dispatch of finished jewellery products.
  • Verify item quantity, weight, and product details before dispatch.
  • Prepare invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, inventory, and accounts departments.
  • Ensure safe packing, proper documentation, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain dispatch records and follow security procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in dispatch, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
  • Good coordination skills, attention to detail, and honesty.

Required skills

Addressing shipment delays and losses or packaging issues quickly. Attention to Detail – Accurate handling of item codes Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP and dispatch tools. Booking and tracking and managing courier/delivery partners. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Handling valuable items with care and following safety protocols. Meeting tight dispatch deadlines. Preparing invoices challans and certification papers. Secure and elegant packing of delicate high-value jewelry. Tracking and updating stock records.
