Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (Jewel Plus Software) to manage accurate data entry and inventory updates in our jewellery system. The ideal candidate should have experience with Jewel Plus software, strong attention to detail, and basic knowledge of jewellery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update inventory, sales, and purchase data accurately in Jewel Plus software
  • Maintain jewellery stock records and item details
  • Generate reports for management and assist in audits
  • Verify and reconcile discrepancies in stock and transactions
  • Coordinate with accounts and store teams for smooth data flow

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience with Jewel Plus software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of jewellery operations and inventory
  • Good organizational and communication skills
