Position: Assistant Gold Centre HOD
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Gold Centre HOD to support the management of daily gold centre operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling gold issue and return, stock management, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Gold Centre HOD in managing day-to-day gold centre operations.
- Handle gold issue, return, and stock movement accurately.
- Maintain proper records of gold issued and returned to different departments.
- Monitor gold stock and ensure accurate physical and system records.
- Verify gold weights during issue and return processes.
- Coordinate with production and other internal teams regarding gold requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization for gold transactions.
- Identify and report discrepancies in gold stock or transactions.
- Assist in maintaining daily reports and stock statements.
- Support and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper handling and security of gold and related materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Gold Centre or gold jewellery manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of gold issue, return, and stock handling.
- Good understanding of gold weight and stock management processes.
- Good coordination and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP software preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Responsible and trustworthy approach towards handling gold and stock.
