The candidate will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining real-time data related to gold issuance, returns, inventory, and production processes in the ERP system. Precision and confidentiality are critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Metal Tracking

  • Record daily issuance and return of gold (18kt, 22kt, etc.) and gemstones across departments
  • Enter accurate weight details including Gross Weight, Net Weight, and Stone Weight
  • Update job sheets to track movement through stages such as casting, setting, polishing, and other departments

Inventory & Stock Reconciliation

  • Maintain updated records of raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods
  • Assist in physical stock audits and report discrepancies immediately
  • Record inward entries for raw materials and generate challans/barcodes

Documentation & Reporting

  • Generate daily MIS reports including production summaries, labor cost reports, and stock status
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records (job bags, design images, attendance records)
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of design data and metal inventory records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years in data entry or MIS, preferably in gold jewellery industry
