• Oversee background verification (KYC) processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal security SOPs, especially for employees handling precious metals and stones.

10. HR Systems & Reporting

• Maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel and other tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Monitoring & Replenishment

• Track real-time inventory of raw materials and consumables.
• Maintain and monitor minimum stock levels (“Par Levels”) to avoid stockouts.

3. Loss Control & Quality Assurance

4. Vendor & Procurement Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for production materials.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Metal Forming

• Operate rolling mills (manual or motorized) to convert gold into uniform strips and sheets

Annealing & Heat Treatment

• Perform annealing (controlled heating) to maintain metal softness and prevent cracking
